If you are not seeing any trip data, either after your first trip or after having used the device normally for some time, try the following steps:

Check that the device is working normally. The power indicator should be solid green and the network indicator should be blinking green.

If this is the first time you are using the Force Fleet Tracking device (and have followed the initialization steps) and you don’t see that trip in your Force dashboard, turn off your vehicle and restart the device by pressing the “Restart” button on the side of the device. You don’t need to unplug the device to do this. Once the lights register green again (solid for power, blinking for network), go for another drive. If the lights do not register green after restart or your second trip still does not register in your Force dashboard, please contact customerservice@forcefleettracking.com.

If the device has been working normally and your trips stop appearing in your Force dashboard, follow the steps to restart your device. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact customerservice@forcefleettracking.com.
