Force has a location sharing feature that makes it easy to send your customers a link (either via SMS or email) that will let them track the real-time location of any vehicle in your fleet. This will let your customers know exactly when your team will be on site. This feature also makes it easy for you to confirm, in case of any discrepancy, that your team was on site and on time!
To access the share function, simply look for SHARE in the Force interface. The SHARE links can be found either by tapping on the vehicle in question on the main dashboard map or from the vehicle profile page.
- Method One: In the main dashboard map, tap on a vehicle. In the vehicle details card, tap SHARE.
- Method Two: Go to VEHICLES and tap on a vehicle to open its profile page; tap SHARE (located bottom right of the map).

How to generate a link
- Tap SHARE.
- In the screen that appears, select a date and an expiry time for the link and tap CREATE LINK.
- This will generate a link. Tap COPY and send the link to your customer (either via email or SMS).
- Once they open the link, they will be able to track the service vehicle in real-time.
