To access the reports feature, tap on REPORTS from the left nav in the Force web app.
Once in the Reports section, Force features two ways to generate reports: AI Reports or Standard Reports. By default, AI Reports is enabled. To change, tap Switch to standard reports, upper right.

AI Reports
Our AI-powered Reports tool is designed to help you instantly unlock new insights about driver safety and fuel consumption, and provide you with simple, actionable recommendations.
There are two report types available:
- 30-Day Driver Insights Report: Will show how safely (or not) your vehicles are being driven and how driving habits are trending over time.
- 30-Day Fuel Consumption Report: Will give you clear, high-level insight into your fleet’s fuel consumption and provide analysis on how to save gas without affecting operations.
To generate an AI report:
- Tap on GENERATE REPORT for the report you want from the options at the top. (You can also provide feedback about reports you'd like to see using the third option.)
- See instructions below on how to generate a recurring report.
- Once the report is ready, the output will load:
How to share a report once:
- On a generated report, tap SEND, upper right.
- Select admins from the dropdown list of admins on your account.
- Choose additional recipients to receive the report using their email address.

How to schedule recurring reports:
NOTE: The "Schedule report" option is visible only after at least one Driver Insight or Fuel Consumption report has been generated using the GENERATE REPORT button.
- From the main Reports screen. tap Schedule report
- Select when to start sending and how often to repeat
- Select admins from the dropdown list of admins on your account.
- Choose additional recipients to receive the report using their email address.

Report limits
A message will be displayed once you have reach your limit for generating AI reports and when you will be able to generate more reports.

Standard Reports
The standard report format displays a range of data on your fleet and driver activity. This includes:
- Vehicle health: Includes DTCs, recalls, and battery voltage.
- Vehicle maintenance: Provides a report of all service visits entered into the Maintenance section, including the vehicle plate number, odometer reading, service type, date, merchant, and cost.
- Vehicle use: Includes vehicle plate number, total hours, average hours used, trips taken, miles driven, days driven, minutes idling, and fuel efficiency.
- Driver summary: Includes distance driven, average distance per day, total days, total hours, and average hours/day.
- Driver RoadScore: Includes various RoadScore measures including average, highest, lowest, and latest trip, as well as running totals of rapid accelerations, harsh brakes, and speeding.
- Fleet inventory: A list of all fleet vehicles, including VIN, vehicle plate number, vehicle status (online, offline, or disconnected), and odometer reading.
- Idling: Provides an overview of time spend idling for your fleet vehicles. Can be filtered by vehicle, driver, time period, and ranking.
- Trip history: A list of all trips taken for the fleet. Details include vehicle, plate number, driver, date, duration, start/end time, distance, trip origin and destination.
- Hardware status: Includes a list of your Force devices, the vehicle they're installed in, their status (online, offline, or disconnected), and the last time they were active.
- Location sharing links: Includes a history of the location sharing links generated on your account.
To export a standard report:
- Tap on an activity (e.g., Vehicle Health).
- Select a time period for the report (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom).
- Tap Export, top right.
- A CSV file will be sent to the admin email address on your account.

Managing Reports
Once you have started generating reports, the main REPORTS screen will list the sent and scheduled reports in the Report History section.
To manage your scheduled reports, tap Schedule Report and adjust as desired (who to send it to, how often, etc.) and then SAVE your changes.
