To access the reports feature, tap on REPORTS from the left nav.
Once in the Reports section, Force Fleet Tracking features two ways to generate reports of fleet activity and driving diagnostic analysis.
Standard Reports
The standard report format displays a range of data on your fleet and driver activity. This includes:
- Vehicle health, maintenance, and use
- Driver summary and RoadScore
- Fleet idling
- Trip history
- Hardware status
- Location sharing links
To export a standard report:
- Tap on an activity (e.g., Vehicle Health)
- Select a time period for the report (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom)
- Tap Export at the top right
- A CSV file will be sent to the admin email address on your account
AI Reports
Our new, AI-powered Reports tool is in ALPHA release now. It's designed to help you instantly unlock new insights about driver safety and fuel consumption, and provide you with simple, actionable recommendations.
There are two reports available in the ALPHA release of AI Reports:
- 30-Day Driver Insights Report: Will show how safely (or not) your vehicles are being driven and how driving habits are trending over time.
- 30-Day Fuel Consumption Report: Will give you clear, high-level insight into your fleet’s fuel consumption and provide analysis on how to save gas without affecting operations.
To generate a report:
- Tap on the report you want to generate from the options at the top (NOTE: You can also provide feedback about reports you'd like to see using the third option):
- Once the report is ready, the output will load:
- Once you have a report, use the Send/Schedule option (upper right) to manage who to send the report to and how often to run the report.
To send report once:
- Tap Send/Schedule
- Choose the recipients you want to send the report to using their email address
To schedule recurring reports:
- Tap Send/Schedule
- Under Schedule Recurring, set when to start sending and how often to repeat
- Choose the recipients you want to send the report to using their email address
Managing Reports
Once you have started generating reports, the main REPORTS screen will list the sent and scheduled reports in the Report History section (see first image, above).
To manage your scheduled reports, tap the entry in the list and adjust as desired (who to send it to, how often, etc.) and then SAVE your changes.
