To manage your subscription, go to Account Settings --> Subscription (tap on your name/avatar, upper right). Here you can view and upgrade your subscription plan, order more devices, or make changes to your billing information and billing cycle.
How to upgrade your account
- Force has three plans: Starter, Premium, and Pro:
- Starter: Up top 3 GPS trackers.
- Premium: Unlimited GPS trackers
- Pro: Dashcams
- To upgrade your account, tap UPGRADE for the plan you want and follow the instructions through to checkout.
How to add more devices
- Under your current plan, tap ADD MORE DEVICES and follow the instructions through to checkout.
How to update your billing options
- To switch payment methods, under Payment Information, tap CHANGE and follow the instructions.
- To switch payment frequency, under Payment Information, tap SWITCH BILLING CYCLE and contact customer service via email at customerservice@forcefleettracking.com or call 1-806-855-8255.
