The Drivers section in your Force web dashboard gives you full access to manage your drivers. The list will display each driver's name, assigned vehicle, vehicle plate number, and RoadScore.
To view and manage any driver, tap on them. This will open a screen showing full details on the driver. Details displayed include:
- Assigned fleet and vehicle (if assigned), driver's license (if added), idling time, total trips, start date, and phone number (if added).
- RoadScore average (from all trips), average driving speed, total driving hours.
- Timeline of trips that includes trip start and end time and location, duration of trip, distance traveled, average speed, idling, and RoadScore for each trip.
To see full details on any trip, tap on it from the list. The Trip Detail screen will include all the details mentioned above as well as max speed, efficiency, max RPM, map of the route and more insight into the RoadScore for the trip such as rapid accelerations, excessive minutes speeding, harsh brakes, and crash events.
How to add a driver
- To add another driver to your Force account, in the DRIVERS section of your Force web app, tap "Add Driver" and follow the instructions. The process will include the opportunity to invite the new driver to use the Force mobile app, which will let your drivers: self-manage vehicle assignment; monitor their own RoadScore for each trip and their performance over time; and view and manage their own trip logs. If you opt to send an app invite, a phone number must be provided for the driver.
How to complete driver profiles
Most details for a driver will have been completed when the driver was added. To complete or edit a driver's profile, go to the DRIVERS section and tap on the driver. Then:
- Set the driver's profile photo by tapping on the image/camera icon.
- Assign (or unassign) a vehicle to the driver.
- Add the driver's license information.
How to assign a driver to a vehicle:
- Go to the DRIVERS section in your Force web app.
- Tap ASSIGN VEHICLE for the driver. (If the driver is already assigned to a vehicle, you will need to first unassign them.)
- Choose a vehicle from the list of available vehicles. (If the desired vehicle is not shown, it is assigned to another driver.)
- Tap DONE.
How to unassign a driver from a vehicle:
- In the DRIVERS section, tap on the driver you want to unassign.
- In the Vehicle field, tap UNASSIGN VEHICLE.
- Tap UNASSIGN.
How to remove a driver from a fleet
- In the main drivers list, tap the three vertical dots (on the far right) to remove the driver from the fleet or (if you have more than one fleet) to switch the driver to another fleet. Note that a driver must be unassigned from any vehicle before they can be removed from a fleet.
How to add a driver's license
- Tap on a driver from the list.
- Tap ADD LICENSE.
- Upload a photo of the license (optional).
- Add:
- Name
- License number
- State
- Expiry
- Tap SAVE.
How to add or edit a phone number for a driver
If you need to add or edit a phone number for an existing driver, do the following:
- From the DRIVERS section, tap on the driver to open their details page.
- Tap on Send App Invite.
- Enter or edit the phone number only and keep the same name.
- Send invite.
