Force Fleet Tracking is designed to help you get the most out of managing your business vehicles. When you first sign in, you will see prompts that will help you activate your new devices and associate them with the vehicles they are plugged into. This article describes how to get the most out of Force Fleet Tracking subsequent to activating your vehicles.
Dashboard
When you sign in to Force Fleet Tracking, the screen that loads will be the main dashboard. This screen displays a map along with several "cards" below the map that display a variety of statistics and statuses.
Along the top of the map you can also see the name of your fleet (or fleets, if you have more than one), an option to add a fleet, and access to event history, alerts, and your account settings (by tapping on your name/avatar).
Map: The map indicates where your vehicles are located. To see a street level view of any vehicle, tap on its indicator on the map or zoom in (using your mousepad or the +- controls in the top right corner of the map).
Availability card: Displays the availability of your vehicles and drivers.
Fuel Consumption: Displays the average fuel consumption of your fleet on either a weekly or monthly basis.
Risky Driving Behavior: Displays stats on a variety of risky driving behaviors, including harsh brakes, rapid accelerations, idling, and speeding.
Vehicles in Need of Attention: Displays a list of your vehicles and if any are in need of attention, based on four categories:
- DTCs - If your vehicle has registered a diagnostic trouble code (which typically trigger the "check engine" light).
- Recalls - If the manufacturer has released any recalls for the vehicle.
- Fuel level - Displays whether fuel level is good or low.
- Battery level: Displays current voltage of vehicle batteries.
