Force is designed to help you get the most out of managing your business vehicles. When you first sign in, you will see prompts that will help you activate your new devices and associate them with the vehicles they are plugged into. This article describes how to get the most out of Force once you have activated your vehicles.
Account Settings
Account settings can be accessed by tapping your avatar at the top right of the web interface. This will display the following options:

Profile: Overview of the account owner/admin profile. To make any changes, tap EDIT.
- Owner details: You can edit your avatar photo, name, email, or phone number
- Reset password.
- Set business hours: Setting your business hours helps when you are customizing when to get alerts such as geofences, disturbances, etc.
- Set measurement preference to either imperial or metric.
- Subscription: This shows your current subscription and provides options for upgrading your account, ordering devices, and for updating your billing details. For more, see How to manage your subscription and order devices.
- Devices: Shows a full list of devices (trackers and/or dashcams) on your account. Details listed include device type, IMEI, VIN, status, make/model/year, and (if device is a dashcam) the ability to set in-cabin audio recording on or off.
- Alert Settings: Lets you manage alert settings for all events. See How to use Alert Settings for full details.
- Admins: Displays all admins on the account. For more details, see How to manage admins.
- Activity: Displays a history of all account activity (outside of telematics or events generated by your Force devices) such as vehicles being added or moved to fleets, drivers being added or assigned vehicles, user-initiated dashcam clip generation, etc.
- FAQ: Takes you to frequently asked questions about Force.
- Logout: Logs you out of your Force web session.
Dashboard
When you sign in to Force, the main dashboard will load by default. This screen displays a map that indicates where your vehicles are located (for the active fleet). To see a street level view of any vehicle, zoom in on that vehicle.

Vehicles
Tap on the Vehicles tab from the left navigation menu to access all the information available on the vehicles you have registered in Force. For each vehicle, the screen will display the make, model, year, license plate number, driver's name (if assigned), and status (parked, offline, or active).
Fuel level, DTCs, and recalls are also shown and will be green if good, orange if attention is required, or red if critical.

Drivers
The Drivers tab gives you access to managing your drivers. For full details, see How to manage drivers.
Clips
For accounts with dashcams, users will see a Clips section. This section will display all the available clips generated either by the dashcams on your account or via Live View recording or user-created clips. For full details on clips, see How to manage clips.
Services
The Services section gives you access to supplemental Force services, including TireCheck and Maintenance.

Geofences
A geofence is a definable boundary that can generate a notification when a vehicle crosses (enters or exits) a set boundary.

Reports
The Reports sections features an AI-powered reports tool as well as the ability to generate standard reports. For a full rundown on reports and how to generate them, see How to generate reports.
Alerts
The alerts section lists all event alerts generated by your Force devices. This includes:
- Crash detected
- Disturbance
- Unplugged device
- Geofence entry or exit
- Speeding
- Idling
- Maintenance reminders
- Low fuel
- DTCs
- Battery issues
- Air filter warnings
To view the specific details for any event alert, tap on it and its details will be displayed in the panel to the right.
Use the SORT & FILTER option to display only certain alerts.
Use the fleet tabs to displays only alerts for a specific fleet.

The Partners section shows companies that Force has partnered with to help our customers. This includes offers such as the chance to save 15% on insurance through GEICO, 20% on tires with Goodyear, and more.
